An impactful training requires several elements.

My inspirational approach nurtures a feeling of ‘safety’ to open one’s mind and the willingness to participate. With various methods and tools, I help participants to learn and retain information, while analysing their strengths and weaknesses.

I always remain flexible in my approach to be meaningful and spot-on with feedback – to make it a valuable and unique experience for everyone. The outcome will always be captured in co-created minutes, group agreements or action plans.

To drive and facilitate change, a closing meeting or a series of trainings is recommended to follow up actions and measure results, either facilitated by me or secured within your organisation.

For a company workshop I am able to work with small teams of at least 6 people up to 100+ people. Also the length of training varies, from a minimum of two ½-day workshops till a two-year program with series of sessions.

Facilitation outside your offices is highly recommended, using inspiring venues. This will not only remove common distractors, but also help people to open-up, and to instantly build engagement and creativity. Venues and catering cost will be directly invoiced to the client.

For company workshops I have a day fee. Preparation and evaluation are charged at a lower fee.

When it comes to individual coaching, I have experience with people across all levels – from employees to executives, and within various fields of interest and industries. Until today many individuals experienced my impactful coaching skills.

Finding balance, happiness and achieving ones goals are possible objectives of these sessions. Regular meetings with a trusted, experienced coach is something we all can benefit from. Allow yourself or your employees this personal one-on-one support to grow in life.

For individual coaching I have a fixed fee per session. The number of sessions will be based on the individual needs or organizational requirements, starting with a series 10 sessions.

Energy Balanced Indicator

I am certified to take FEBI assessments, which stands for Focus Energy Balance Indicator.

This validated assessment provides an insightful roadmap on how to develop personal strengths, and to bring out the right energy at the right time to drive change, achieve ambitions and engage with others.

It measures 4 fundamental energy patterns linking mind, body and behavior. These patterns connect 4 factors of personality, 4 ways of moving, and 4 essential modes of leadership.The assessment may serve as a helpful guide for individual coaching, and company teams workshops.

I have facilitated the start of Keygene's presence in China since 2005. This has resulted in a successful Joint Research Collaboration with Shanghai Institute for Plant Physiology and Ecology: discovering and patenting heat sensitive genes. As a contract service company, Keygene has built a successful track record in China and we continue to grow.

Zeal Quest China is a technic supplier and distributor in the field of environmental sciences, ecology research and life sciences, as botany physiology, soil study and water analysis research. They support their customers with project consultancy, experiments instruction, and other qualified services for developing ecological research and studies.

This mainly concerns companies that have no resources available in China or South East Asia, but need to develop or want to explore business in this area.
